COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO.

TRANSFER OF $L4,000.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY SPECIAL REVENUE
FUND TO THE MOTOR POOL REVOLVING FUND ON A LOAN BASIS.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 191 of the County of
Hawaii, a division of automotive equipment and motor pool
under the jurisdiction of the department of public works
was created and established; and
WHEREAS, immediate funds are needed to implement
and carry out the duties and functions of this division
in keeping with the expanding needs of the department of
public works to further its public works program; and

WHEREAS, by Ordinance No.'ll, of 1957, of the
County of Hawaii, the Board of Supervisors may approve
the transfer of funds heretofore appropriated for specified
accounts to another account,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that the sum
of $4 ,000.00 from the Highway Special Revenue Fund be
transferred to the Motor Pool revolving fund on a loan
basis.
BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to effectuate the
said transfer of funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 262 of
1957 is hereby revoked and rescinded-.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County
of Hawaii be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
forward a copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor
and to the Department of Public Works, County of Hawaii.
