Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 109, reports as follows:
Bill No. 109, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 383,
dated July 12, 1999, amends Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, the Capita] Budget ending
June 30, 2000, by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
110-399-5396.07-115 Mamalahoa Highway Improvements - Waiaha (Federal) $1,200,000
Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $1,200,000
Improvements include grading, paving, drainage, retaining walls, guardrails, grouted rubble paving,
and utility relocation.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 109 and recommends
it pass first reading.
