COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISCRS in and for the County
of Hawaii in pursuant with the provisions of Act 276, S.L.H. 1957 that
all unexpended balances of allotments of the Special Fuel Tax Fund be
lapsed to unappropriated surplus at the close of business on December 31,
1957 and reappropriated under the Highway Fund in 1958 and further that
all unexpended balance of allotments in the Highway Fund be lapsed to
Unappropriated Surplus and reappropriated in 1958.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is hereby
directed and instructed to forward copies of this resolution each to the
County Auditor and County Treasurer, and that said County Auditor and
County Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to make the necessary
transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolutions
