It is my pleasure to nominate Joe Reynolds of Council District 8 to the County of Hawai'j
Water Board. Mr. Reynolds is a 25-year resident of Hawai'i. He is a self-employed real
estate broker. From 1996 to 1998, and from 2002 to 2004, Mr. Reynolds served as a
councilmember on the Hawai'i County Council, representing Council District 7.
Mr. Reynolds states that he is not affiliated with any political party. if confirmed, he will
serve a term to end on December 31,2011, replacing Francis Kuailani, who passed
away in December, 2009.
