Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 101, reports as follows:
Bill No. 101, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 368,
dated July 1, 1999, amends Ordinance No. 99-7Q as amended, the Operating Budget ending
June 30, 2000. The amendment is as follows:

3301.43 Federal Grants -Federal Transit Admin General $140,000
TO:
010-31 I-5311.70 Federal Transit Admin General $140,000
The Mass Transportation Agency has received notification from the State Department of
Transportation that these funds have been allocated to the County of Hawaii as part of the
Section 5311 Program.
Originally heard on July 27, 1999, this measure was deferred pending further information.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 101 and
recommends it pass first reading.
