Re: Comm. No. 671 /Bill 195
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Communication 671 and Bill 195, reports as follows:
Bill 195, transmitted via Communication No. 671 from Department of Public Works Director
Warren H.W. Lee on January 9, 2010, an ordinance amending Chapter 24. Article 10, Division 2,
Section 24 -265, Schedule 13 Yield locations, paragraph (a) Hamakua be amended by adding of
five distinct new yield locations at bridge approaches along the Old Mamalahoa Highway.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 195, and recommends passage at first reading.
