Re: Comm. No. 681 (Res. 296 -10)
Your Committee on Environmental Management, to which was referred Resolution 296 -10, reports
as follows:
Resolution 296 -10, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Molly A. Lugo, via Communication
No. 681 dated January 15, 2010, is a resolution accepting the grant of easement and bill of sale for
sewer lines and other related facilities at Puapua'a Iki l , District of North Kona, Island, County and
State of Hawaii, from Suffolk Investment, LLC and Pua'a Development, LLC, Tax Map Key:
(3)7-5-017: portion 001, portion 019 and portion 039, to County of Hawai`i.
At the February 2, 2010 Committee on Environmental Management meeting in the Councilroom,
there were zero public testifiers regarding Resolution 296 -10.
Your Committee on Environmental Management is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution 296 -10 and recommends its adoption.
