NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAn, STATE OF HAWAI'I.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawai' i is authorized to adopt the street names of
unnamed roadways in the County ofHawai'i pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2~ Chapter 22, Hawai'i
County Code; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of May 15, 1998, approved the
names for the certain unnamed roadways in Waiakea Heights Subdivision, Units I and II, Waiakea
Homesteads, South HHo, Hawai'i; now, therefore, .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW An that said roadways,
as indicated on Exhibit "A" ofthis Resolution, be named as follows: .
