In any single case:
1. Twenty four cannabis plants at any
state of maturity or
2. The equivalent in dried cannabis,
presumed to be twenty four ounces of
usable cannabis, or a greater amount if
shown to be no more than the dried
equivalent of twenty four plants
(At 0.5 grams per joint, this equals 1344
joints. 1 joint per day = 3.68 year supply,
4 joints per day = 0.92 year supply,
7joints per day = 6.31 month supply)
My research showed .75 ounce to 32
ounces yield per plant. The DEA
assumes four ounces yield per plant, thus
allowing up to 96 ounces dried
equivalent. (At .5 grams per joint, this
equals 5376 joints.)
(These quantities are much greater than
are needed for individual personal use.
What happens to the excess ?)

Law Enforcement Priority
1. Prohibits the acceptance of funding or
expenditure of public funds for the
investication, arrest, or prosecution of any
person, or seizure of any property by the
county council, police, or prosecuting
attorneys
2. Prohibits the county council from
accepting any fund for marijuana
eradication
3. Requires semi - annual reports to the
county council by police detailing all
cannabis investigation and prosecuting
activities, the number of complaints about
helicopters, and time & money spent on
these activities. (How much time and
money is wasted on these reports ? ? ?)
