Dear Council Members,
Please reconsider your vote to permit the start of the 100 Unit Project. Rapid growth is something Hilo
has to be careful with. Gradual growth is healthier for the whole community. You must keep in mind
what happens to the whole when deciding on these things. Our small community cannot withstand a
thoughtless decision.
