Comm. 714: A RESOLUTION URGING THE HAWAI‘I STATE DEPARTMENT OF
(Res. 306-10) TRANSPORTATION TO INSTATE A VOLUNTARY DONATION FOR PRIVATE
AIRCRAFT PARKING AT HILO AND KONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS TO
BE PAID INTO THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM THROUGH A DESIGNATED
COMMITTEE CONSISTING OF MEMBERS SELECTED FROM THE MEDICAL
PROFESSION (to establish a voluntary donation of $2,500 per day from the owners of
each private aircraft parked at either airport)
