NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, S,TATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS,the Council of the CoulltyofHawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of
unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22,
Hawaii County Code; and". .'
WHEREAS, the PlanrtingCo~issionat its regular m~ting of June 19, 1998, approved the
names for the certain unnamed roadways in Maliu Ridge Subdivision Phase II, Kaauhuhu, Kahei,
and Kukuipahu, North Kohala, Hawaii; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said
roadways, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution,.be named as follows:
