Please find attached resolution 305 -10, Draft 2. Resolution No. 305 -10 was verbally amended
by the Council at the March 2, 2010, Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee.
The approved amendments concern the 3 WHEREAS clause, which was amended to read as
follows:
"WHEREAS, both a [State] Senate Bill (SB 1179) and House Bill (HB 1434) were presented to
the twenty -fifth legislature (2009), both related to FTS programs for Hawaii State, and both bills
have been carried over to the 2010 Regular Session; and"
