It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. Arne T. Henricks of Council District 2 to the County of
Hawai'i Board of Ethics. Mr. Henricks is a 52 year resident of Hawaii. In 2000, he
retired as a Per Diem Judge from the State of Hawai'i Judiciary.
Mr. Henricks states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed,
Mr. Henricks will replace Ms. Diane Gentry's vacancy, whose term expired on
December 31, 2009.
