This is to acknowledge receipt of your annual progress report dated June 16, 2000, submitted in
compliance with Condition Q of the above - referenced ordinance. Thank you for complying with
the annual report requirement. By copy of this letter, we will forward your report to the County
Council and Planning Commission for their information.
As a reminder, by letter dated February 27, 1998, a 3 -year extension of time to February 28, 2001
was granted to complete construction. If an additional extension of time is needed, your request
and reasons, along with a $250 filing fee, will be forwarded to the Planning Commission through
this department. If the February 28, 2001 deadline to complete construction cannot be met,
please advise us prior to the deadline date.

Dear Ms. Goldstein:
In accordance with Condition "Q" of Zoning Ordinance 92 -76, the applicant is required to
submit an annual progress report to the Planning Director prior to the anniversary date of the
effective date of the zone change. By letter dated October 29, 1997, the Planning Department
waived further annual reporting requirements regarding conditions of rezoning except for
