THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1.
