NAMING OF STREET IN THE COUNTYOF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt a street name of
unnamed roadway inthe County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii
County Code; and . .
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at. its regular meeting of July 17, 1998, approved the
name for a certain unnamed homestead road. in. the Olaa Homestead Reservation Lots, Olaa, Puna,
Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said
roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
"Laau Popohe Road" - Round tree
