NAMING OF STREET IN THE COUNTY OF HAW Arl, STATE OF HAW ArI.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawai'i is authorized to adopt a street
name of an unnamed roadway in the County of Hawai'i pursuant to Section 22-35,
Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawai'i County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of July 17, 1998,
approved the name for a certain unnamed homestead road in the Olaa Homestead
Reservation Lots, Olaa, Puna, Hawai'i; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AI'I that
said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
"L1i' au Popohe Road" - Round tree
