The leases of their two copiers currently in use will be expiring soon and both machines have exceeded their recommended usage and are constantly being repaired. Obtaining leases on technically advanced copiers, which provide more features and options, will increase staff productivity and will allow them to keep up with the increased demands placed upon the offices. It is anticipated that by leasing the new copiers, there will be a yearly savings of $5,000. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Office of Housing and Community Development. Comm. No. 1313 Ref. Toi F Ref.
