Authorizes the Office of the Mayor to Enter Into an Agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Pursuant to HRS 46 -7, for Funding for the County of Hawai`i's Senior Training and Employment Program (STEP). {Funds would enable the Parks and Recreation Department's Elderly Activities Division's STEP to continue serving the nine seniors currently participating in STEP (under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009) to remain in their "on the job" training positions until June 30, 2011, otherwise they would be terminated in May 2010 }.
