SUBJECT: Resolution 309 -10, Opposing Lega ing Gambling in the State of Hawai`i
State Legislators h been considering I- IB2759 to allow regulated gaming on Hawaiian Home
Lands, and to return revenue to parts of the same agency.
The office of Finance Committee Chair State Representative Marcus Oshiro [961 -8875] has
confirmed this bill is dead for this legislative session and his office has no knowledge of any
Senate version. ,
