Ford, dated March 4, 2010, transmitting the above resolution. Recommends adoption of Res. 309-10. Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Greenwell, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Naeole-Beason, Yagong, and Chair Enriques. Noes: Committee Member Onishi. Absent: Committee Member Yoshimoto. Comm. 737: A RESOLUTION TO FURTHER NOTIFY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF (Res. 310-10) TRANSPORTATION ABOUT THE KOHANAIKI PARK INTERSECTION SAFETY HAZARDS (notifies the State Department of Transportation of the hazardous situation at the Kohanaiki Beach Park Intersection; requests mitigation, as there has not been a response to the request for mitigation efforts included in Resolution No. 241-09, adopted by the Council on October 21, 2009) From Councilmember Kelly Greenwell, dated March 4, 2010, transmitting the above resolution. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Comm. 713.1: A RESOLUTION URGING THE STATE LEGISLATURE TO SUPPORT A (Res. 305-10) FARM-TO-SCHOOL PROGRAM AND IMPLEMENT A STATEWIDE (Draft 2) FARM-TO-SCHOOL POLICY (to help school cafeterias provide healthier and more nutritious meals to students, and assists local communities in the creation of a healthy agricultural economy) From Councilmember Pete Hoffmann, dated March 2, 2010, transmitting the above resolution. Postponed: March 2, 2010 (Note: There is a pending motion made by Ms. Ford and duly seconded by Mr. Onishi to close file on Comm. 713 and recommend adoption of Res. 305-10.)
