(Res. 309-10) PROPOSED LEGISLATION LEGALIZING GAMBLING IN THE STATE OF
HAWAI‘I

resolution.
Recommends adoption of Res. 309-10.

Comm. 737: A RESOLUTION TO FURTHER NOTIFY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
(Res. 310-10) TRANSPORTATION ABOUT THE KOHANAIKI PARK INTERSECTION SAFETY
HAZARDS (notifies the State Department of Transportation of the hazardous situation at
the Kohanaiki Beach Park Intersection; requests mitigation, as there has not been a
response to the request for mitigation efforts included in Resolution No. 241-09, adopted
by the Council on October 21, 2009)

(Draft 2) FARM-TO-SCHOOL POLICY (to help school cafeterias provide healthier and more
nutritious meals to students, and assists local communities in the creation of a healthy
agricultural economy)

County Councilroom, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo.
Public Attendance Via Videoconferencing is available at the locations above and at the Waimea Council
Office at the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 until 4:30 p.m., or later in the
event public witness testimony has not been completed. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost
for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
