FC-26 Page 4 March 16, 2010 Comm. 739: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 09-65, AS AMENDED, (Bill 217) RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2009 TO JUNE 30, 2010 {increases the appropriation to the Department of Public Works (DPW), Kaūmana Drive Flood Protection Project by $191,000; and adds the DPW Kaūmana Drive Flood Protection Project - County for $250,000 to the Capital Budget. These projects include preparation of construction plans and specifications to provide flood protection to homes along Kaūmana Drive and Chong Street and one-half mile above Wilder Road, for design work for the culvert replacement on Wilder Road and a FEMA Conditional Letter of Map Revision (LOMAR)} From Finance Director Nancy E.
