Comm. 664.2: REQUEST FROM PLANNING DIRECTOR BOBBY JEAN LEITHEAD TODD FOR ADDITIONAL TIME TO REVIEW AND COMMENT ON COMM. 664 (BILL 194) RELATING TO AMENDMENTS TO THE PUNA CDP (allows the Action Committee and Planning Director an extension to July 1, 2010 to submit their recommendations and comments to the Windward Planning Commission) From Planning Director Bobby Jean Leithead Todd dated February 1, 2010, requesting above extension. The motion to close file on Comm. 664.2 and grant time extension for Planning Director review was defeated. Ayes: None. Councilmembers will be present at the following locations:  Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa, 78-128 Ehukai Street, Kona; and  County Councilroom, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo. Public Attendance Via Videoconferencing is available at the locations above and at the Waimea Council Office at the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 until 4:30 p.m., or later in the event public witness testimony has not been completed.
