We plead with you to recognize Ka'ohe Bay as an area that must be protected from commercial aquarium fish
collectors Those of us in the area have worked closely with the Hawaii Fisheries Council to draft a change in the
Hawaii Administrative Rule regarding this issue There are many people in the Kona area and other areas,
especially those who live around Ka'ohe Bay who oppose the collection of aquarium fish
We respectfully ask you please to disallow commercial fish collecting in Ka'ohe Bay and this immediate
area
