Request to postpone Resolution No. 307 -10. Draft 2 to the Committee Meetings
Scheduled for April 19. 2010.
At the Committee of Finance meeting held on March 16, 2010. it was recommended that
Resolution No. 307 -10. Draft 2, be postponed to the April 6. 2010 scheduled committee
meetings. Since then I h:nc made contact with various County departments. Corporation
Counsel. and the State Historic Preservation office. to which 1 am waiting for their response.
This communication is to inform you that I am requesting to have Resolution No. 307 -10,
Draft 2 he postponed to the scheduled committee meetings to he held on April 19, 2010.
