Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 134, reports as follows:
Bill No. 134, transmitted by Finance Director Hang Takahashi, via Communication No. 456,
dated September 20, 1999, amends Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, the Capital Budget ending
June 30, 2000, by adding the following project:
POLICE
Kealakehe Refueling Station Upgrade 110-299-5296-115 $300,000
Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $300,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
Funds will be used to bring the Kealakehe Refueling Station into full compliance with EPA
regulations.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 134 and
recommends it pass first reading.
