Your Committee on Finance, to which was refen•ed Bill No. 135, reports as follows:
Bill No. 135, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 460,
dated September 27, 1999, amends Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, the Capital Budget ending
June 30, 2000, by adding the following projects:
PARKS & RECREATION
Ainaola Park Play Equipment -Private 110-599-5591.46-115 $10,000.00
Ainaola Park Play Equipment- Pazk Dedication 110-599-5591.47-115 $12,862.46
Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Private Contribution $10,000.00
Park Dedication Fund $12,862.46
A second draft of Bill No. 135 was presented that deleted the $10,000 private contribution funds
as it will be forwazded directly to the Big Island Resource and Development Council.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 135, Draft 2,
and recommends it pass first reading.
