Subject: Saving the Hawaii County Band
Hawaii County Councilmembers,
I'm a Hilo resident writing to request that you save the Hawaii County Band when you discuss the county's budget
situation this month. Although I am not a member of the band, I know people that are and they love being a part
of it. It seems like a shame to end something that has so much history, especially when it takes up only a tenth of
a percent of the county's total budget.
