AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING June 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 09 -64, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
