COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 326 10 <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING /APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Office of the County Clerk — Elections Division contracted with a <br />temporary employment agency for the services of temporary clerks; and <br />WHEREAS, Election Division S &W, Regular S &W funds will be appropriated to the <br />Election Division OCE, Misc Contract Services to be expended as payment to the temporary <br />employment agency; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: <br />General <br />$46,972 <br />Amount <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.107.5107.01.011 Election Division S &W, Regular S &W $36,972 <br />010.107.5107.01.021 Election Division S &W, Overtime S &W $10,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.107.5107.02.115 Election Division OCE, $46,972 <br />Misc Contract Services <br />
