T; <br />it is my pleasure to nominate Leroy Victorine of Council District 2 to the Hawai'i County <br />Police Commission. Mr. Victorine is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He retired as <br />Assistant Chief of Police with the Hawai'i Police Department in 1992. Thereafter, <br />working at the Hilo Airport as Deputy Federal Security Director and at the State of <br />Hawai'i Harbors Division as a Harbor Security Officer. <br />Mr. Victorine is presently a trustee at Hilo Boarding School, and was a former member <br />and president of the Hilo Boy's Club Board of Directors. He states that he is not <br />affiliated with any political party.
