AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98 -50,AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 98 -50, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30,
1999, is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Waimea Trails and Greenways [$240,000] $313,700

SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $73,700
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
