Communication No. 727, transmitted by Mayor Billy Kenoi, dated February 23, 2010, submits
for confirmation the appointment of Mr. Dwayne Yoshina to the County of Hawai`i Board of
Appeals.
There was no public testimony on this matter.
There was no discussion on this matter. Mr. Yoshina's presence was waived from appearing at
Council.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with Mayor Kenoi's nomination to the County of
Hawai`i Board of Appeals and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Mr. Dwayne
Yoshina to the Hawai`i County Board of Appeals.
