Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 237 relating to the Office of Housing and Community
Development's Operating Budget
Bill 237 amends the operating budget for the Department of Housing. These amendments are the result of
additional allocations and HUD formula adjustments that were received after the April 6, 2010 Council
Committee meeting.
1. Section 1 is amended to read as follows:

BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING June 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 09 -64, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
