Development's Operating Budget
Bill 238 amends the operating budget for the Department of Housing. These amendments are the result of
additional allocations and HUD formula adjustments that were received after the April 6, 2010

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09 -64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING June 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 09 -64, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
