Re: Bill 227 — Rezoning Application by William and Glynnis Dolan, and
Bill 228 — Rezoning Application by Gil and Jane Silva
During the course of the Planning Committee meeting, conducted on April 6, 2010,
Council Member Brenda Ford requested that a map be provided to the Council Members
at the upcoming council meeting that clearly delineated the reciprocal easements on the
two subject parcels (TMK 2 -3 -37:14 and TMK 2 -3- 37:06).
As representative for the two applications, I apologize for the poor quality of the exhibit
that was attached to our applications. Attached please find a map which shows the two
subject parcels and the easements that are being granted as conditions of the rezoning.
For clarity, I have highlighted the easements that traverse the two properties.
1 will be present at the council meeting, representing my wife and myself, as well as
William and Glynnis Dolan, and will be happy to answer questions to the best of my
ability.
