SUBJECT: A Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of a Donation of Children's Playground
Equipment for the Kamakana Children's Playground In Higashihara Park
This Resolution is required to allow the county to receive a donation of playground equipment
for the Higashihara Park's Kamakana Playground in North Kona. An anonymous benefactor has
donated the equipment in the amount of $29,235.98 effective May 5, 2009.
Please agendize this item at the next Finance Committee meeting. I anticipate approximately 15
minutes for this issue.
