Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
attorney - client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities
regarding the legal representation of Hiram Keliikoa in the above - entitled matter. We ask that
this case be placed on the County Council's agenda at its earliest convenience.
