Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Bill 222,
reports as follows:
Bill 222, transmitted by Director of Public Works Warren H. W. Lee via Communication No. 749,
dated February 26, 2010, urges the amending Hawai`i County Code Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1
(Speed Limits), Section 24 -255, Schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), paragraph (g) to include Moho
Road.
There were no public testifiers and no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Bill 222 and recommends passage at first reading.
