Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Bill 223,
reports as follows:
Bill 223, transmitted by Director of Public Works Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 750,
dated February 26, 2010, urges the amending Hawai`i County Code Chapter 24, Article 10,
Division 1 (Speed Limits), Section 24 -255, Schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), paragraph (g) to
include `Ale Road.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 223 and recommends passage at first reading.
