Re: Comm. No. 751 /Bill 224
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Bill 224,
reports as follows:
Bill 224, transmitted by Director of Public Works Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 751,
dated March 16, 2010, urges the amending Hawai`i County Code Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1
(Speed Limits), Section 24 -255, Schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), paragraph (g) to include Koloa
Maoli Road.
There were no public testifiers and no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 224 and recommends passage at first reading.
