Part of our property borders Liloa Road in Waipunalei in the North Hilo district. There'are five occupied residences on this road, and I by chance I just returned from a walk down it. It is full of potholes currently filled with water. As a result, people are driving on one of our neighbors' lawns to avoid some of the potholes. We neighbors had road signs made at our own expense so that delivery services, visitors, and emergency personnel can more easily locate the various homes. We graded one section once and then found out we were not allowed to do that, even though the county does not maintain the road. 1 truly hope this resolution gets passed and the measure funded. Sincerely, Rae Therrien 36 -2779 Loyola Road Laupahoehoe 4/6/2010 Comm. hlo 76 C. Z Ref. To: > Ref: Dote APR 20 2513
