Kubojiri, dated December 14, 2009, transmitting the above report of missions conducted on November 2 -3, 2009, in East Hawai`i and November 4 -5, 2009, in West Hawai`i, pursuant to Res. 46 -01. The report indicates the number of plants eradicated and the number, type, and disposition of complaints received.
