TRAFFIC {adds the following Old Mamalahoa Highway one -way bridges: 1) southbound
approach to Bridge 47 -1; 2) westbound approach to Bridge 47 -2; 3) eastbound approach
to Bridge 47 -3; 4) westbound approach to bridge adjacent to parcels 4- 7 -7:4, 19 and 90;
and 5) westbound approach to bridge adjacent to parcels 4 -7 -7:8 and 9, to Article 10,
