Comm. 793: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE
(Bill 240) OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 {decreases revenues of $750,00 in the Federal Grants
- State Incentive Grant (SPF) Account (3308.23), and appropriates revenues of
$2,103,141 in the Federal Grants - SPF - State Incentive Grant - Phase II Account
(3308.59); also decreases expenditures of $750,000 in the SPF - State Incentive Grant
Account (010.111.5111.67), and appropriates expenditures of $2,103.141 in the SPF -
State Incentive Grant - Phase II Account (010.111.5111.68). These funds will be used
by the Office of Management to implement and evaluate evidence based underage
drinking prevention activities in Hawai‘i County}

(Bill 230) CODE OF ETHICS, OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION,
AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE CODE OF ETHICS (provides for a
comprehensive definition of agency, prohibits County employees from contracting
with the County, prohibits County agencies from contracting with a County
employee, and bans County employees from representing a third party who appears
before County agencies unless authorized by ordinance)
