Subject: Real Property Tax Public Hearing
For the purpose of the Real Property Tax Public Hearing, may we recommend the real
property tax rate's "Low" and "High" range for each class of property. The range of rate
is based on $0.50 below the current rate and $0.50 above the proposed rate to achieve the
budget revenues. The adopted rates must fall within the Low and High range.
