Subject: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 335 -10, A Resolution Proposing an Alternative
Amendment in Place of Charter Proposal CA -15, Relating to a Public Access, Open
Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund
1 move to amend the fourth WHEREAS of Resolution No. 335 -10, to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the provision providing for the effective date of Charter Commission
Proposal CA -15 shall be [retained,] amended to read as follows:
"Section 4. This amendment shall take effect on July 1, [2011.] 2013."
; and"
The proposed amendment is in Ramseyer format; material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken,
material to be added is underscored.
Resolution No. 335 -10, Draft 2, shall retain the Ramseyer format with respect to the effective date
only.
