(Res. 329-10) ‘ŌLA‘A, DISTRICT OF PUNA, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAI‘I,
IDENTIFIED AS BEING A PORTION OF TAX MAP KEY: (3)1-8-005:125,
FROM WILLIAM H. FLAMMER III (a donation of 0.621 acres for a portion of
North Pszyk Road encroaching onto private property)
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, dated April 13, 2010,
transmitting the above resolution.
Recommends adoption of Res. 329-10.

Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa, 78-128 Ehukai Street, Kona; and
County Councilroom, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo.
Public Attendance Via Videoconferencing is available at the locations above and at the Waimea Council
Office at the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 until 4:30 p.m., or later in the
event public witness testimony has not been completed. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost
for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
