Comm. 796: 2009 ANNUAL REPORT ON THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY GENERAL PLAN (the primary
intent of this report is “to monitor progress towards achieving the General Plan goals,
objectives, and policies,” and shall be the means to reconcile and prioritize competing
community needs, from a County-wide perspective during the annual budgeting process)
